The Heritage Valley Tourism Bureau (HVTB) is a membership based non-profit organization dedicated to promoting attractions, activities, services, and events for visitors and locals along the Santa Clara River Valley from the LA County line to the City of Ventura and includes the communities of Piru, Fillmore, and Santa Paula.  This beautiful historic area has so much to offer.

Our marketing efforts focus on paid advertising, and social media-based promotion, partnerships, and outreach. This is a non-profit umbrella organization that magnifies the marketing efforts of the participating communities and members.
