Santa Paula held its annual Citrus Music Festival on July 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of 2022. The featured band was Prince Again, a tribute band to Prince. The show was absolutely amazing. The lead singer sounded like, looked like, and moved just like Prince. All those in attendance had a great show. We also had some great music by a lot of local artists as well, they are as follows: Jacob Marquez & the Good Vibes, Full Clip, Grupo Monitor, Take D Keda, Los Anclas, and Banda La Mafiosa. We were not entertained with just music either, we had James Lantiegne from White Rabbit Magic who performed a magic show, and we had the Ballet Folkloriko Lindas Raices dancers. The entire event’s MC was by DJ Steve Perez.
Guests were treated to some amazing food truck vendors, which is always a crowd favorite, at least for this writer it is. Also in attendance were dozens of unique vendors, mostly from right within our community.
It was great to see people coming out in the community again. It is important for us all to show our support, so that we can get many more great events just like this.
